摘要:介紹某國際商業廣場項目,采用智能電力儀表、采集配電現場的各種電參量、開關信號。系統采用現場就地組網的方式,組網后通過現場總線通訊并遠傳至后臺,通過Acrel-3000型電能管理系統實現樓層及配電房回路用電的實時監控和管理。

該項目位于某經濟開發區核心,區域內發展成熟,配套完善、交通便捷。本項目為現場各樓層配電間的用能改造?,F場757個配電出線回路安裝757臺多功能電表采集現場數據。

1 需求分析 Demand Analysis
為保證生產管理用電負荷的統計與分析及對危險源實時監控。需要對項目現場的各配電箱等電氣設備進行電壓、電流、功率等參數進行實時在線監控。一旦監控點被監視參數異常,能夠及時檢測報警,有關人員采取必要的措施,避免安全事故的發生。自動抄表功能節省了人力物力,功率趨勢曲線功能能夠直觀的顯示各回路的工作狀態與時間,方便用戶找出非正常用電回路并且及時進行整改,建立電能多級計量體系提供用能分析依據。
本技術條件適用于該項目的回路進出線回路。供方產品應具有高安全性與可靠性、易于擴展、便于維修與維護。供方提供的產品應至少滿足本技術條件,但不僅于此,其技術性能應滿足對設備配電箱數據監控的要求。

This technical condition applies to the incoming and outgoing circuits of the project. The supplier's products should have high safety and reliability, easy to expand, easy to repair and maintain. The products provided by the supplier shall meet the technical requirements at least, but not only this, but the technical performance shall meet the requirements for data monitoring of the equipment distribution box.

自動采集現場所有電量儀表的模擬量數據,自動采集現場開關狀態以及故障狀態等開關量數據。
支持實時采集、自動周期采集(定時采集)可配置周期(1分鐘~24小時)。
支持數據傳輸正確性檢驗,異常數據自動處理。
支持多線程處理機制,提高數據采集效率,能同時對多個設備進行數據采集。
數據實時顯示采用配電箱主接線圖直觀顯示模式,各回路開關斷合以及故障狀態直觀可見。

1.6 參數設置 Parameter Settings
可通過采集柜設置各回路互感器變比,各種電流電壓保護整定值。
故障判斷與報警具有故障自動判斷并采用聲光方式報警功能。報警類型包括開關故障,電壓、電流超限,現場采集模塊通訊故障,與監控系統通訊故障等。報警時間自動記入系統數據庫,方便用戶查詢,工作人員可隨時掌握變配電站實時運行狀態,發現變配電運行故障并作出相應處理,提高變配電的管理效率,提升電力系統安全性、可靠性。

2 系統方案 System Solutions
安科瑞Acrel-3000系統根據該項目的現場實際情況,整體網絡結構采用屏蔽雙絞線直接接至監控室的對應的數據采集器然后通過網線直接接至監控主機,保障了電能管理監控系統傳輸的穩定性與實時性。如下圖所示:站控管理層、網絡通訊層和現場設備層。

2)網絡通訊層 Network Communication Layer
通訊層主要是由監控工控機的通訊串口、以太網設備及總線網絡組成。串口主要功能是監測現場智能儀表;以太網設備及總線網絡的主要功能是實現分站與主站之間的數據交互,使配電系統管理集中化、信息化、智能化,很大提高了配電系統的安全性、可靠性和穩定性,達到了無人值守的目的。

3)現場設備層 Field Device Layer
現場設備層是數據采集終端,主要由智能儀表組成,智能儀表通過屏蔽雙絞線RS485接口,采用MODBUS通訊協議總線型連接接入通訊服務器,經通訊服務器到達該配電間監控主機進行組網,實現遠程控制。
